The May ride day at Broadford is on this Sunday, the weather for the lead-up and the day look nice. I will be onto the Manager today to make sure the track is watered on Sat night so the water can soak-in and not be slippery on Sun morning.
This weekend sees the end on riders having to flag-marshall, we are now paying the locals to do it.
Also we have implemeted free coaching for our ride days, starting this month for Juniors riders (under 16). We have employed Expert Enduro rider Jaymes Day as the coach for the day, Jaymes is currently leading his class in the VORC.
Also ... in addition to the two Senior (over 16) practise sessions (Racers & Intermediate) we are now implementing a 'super novice' class, this is for the true learner, if it takes you 15 min to get around the track in 1st gear, this is for you. This is so Mums, wives or girlfriends can bust a lap on their kids/partners bike.
Sign-on is ONLY 8.30am to 10.00am.
First on-track session is senior racers at 9.30am.
Canteen is open 10.00am to 2.00pm.
Mini Bike track open to learner Juniors, parent supervision at all times.
