I've got two 1988 KX250's, for sale, they are complete but not running, probably because I haven't tried to start them, when I bought them both I was told by each seller that they are runners.
One is low on comp and occassionally seems to slip on the kickstart ratchet mechanism. Both will need rear shock rebuilds, spares include a new shock rebuild kit.
All four tyres are shagged, front & rear guards on both scratched & faded. Frame on one is freshly painted, pipe on one is missing a section of the stinger, both bikes have FMF pipes.
Have a box of spares that include new stuff like~ linkage bearings, brake master cylinder rebuild kits, plastics, seat cover. Spare used electrics
Was going to rebuild them but I'm never going to get around to it. I just bought the pair for $4300 ($2200 & $2100), you can score a bargain $3500 for the pair.
