RM370 Mod with RM125 77 forks
« on: April 24, 2014, 09:23:43 am »
Gday all,

I am in need of new inner fork tubes for my RM370 and have read where racers fitted the 77 RM125 forks, as these performed better.

Has anyone on the forum fitted these forks to their 370 and could give me info on what is required??

Once fitted is it legal to race,,,, im guessing it would be ok as the forks are from a Pre78 RM

Thanks

Tim

Gidday, Steve Cramer and Anthony Gunter both run the 125 forks on there RM370 in 1977 they were legal then I don't see why you cannot run them today Bear

Of course he has and a floating brake, that's why this whole bullshit debate started cos we know they were used in 77!
