IT125 Parts

[YUMASTEPSIDE]

 I have an IT125 thats pretty original,but the entire ignition system is missing.......everything from the stator plate to the spark plug...including flywheel,cover,coil CDI,everything!!!
  If anyone has any of these parts and is willing to part with them ,drop me a PM............or if anyone knows of any interchangeable parts that will do the job ,give us a call !

External rotor DT175 ignitions fit - and I thought you had a flywheel and stator from one of them already?

Yamaha CDI boxes are one of two types: Those with a red wire and those without. Within the types, I believe you can interchange freely, although the advance curves are anyone's guess. A DT ignition is a red-wire type, I think.

Coils seem to be universal between CDI Yamahas. Sometimes they need spacers on the mounting points, but I believe that they're all the same electrically.

I think I have a spare DT stator, and maybe a spare flywheel and CDI box. The flywheel and CDI will have to wait until I've worked out what I need for myself, and if Twinrock still needs one.
I can definitely help you with a DT ignition/sprocket cover.
