My TM125 song
« on: February 12, 2014, 11:41:30 am »
This song was playing when Peter Stevens Motorcycles delivered my brand new TM125L, to this day when I hear the song I look out the front window and expect my first new bike to be sitting on the front lawn, but alas no :-(

showing your age John!  ahh, Terry Jacks, they played that TO DEATH !

Tis a good memory though. Its amazing what we relate to particular bikes. I relate everything through life referenced by what bike i had at the time, like first Mx meeting, had a new Yza and B was nearly upon us, so it was October 1974, 9 second places and 1 first and 1 third, the guy i was riding with  last Saturday got 9 first places a 2nd and a third! Now i am showing MY age!  WE were speaking of that whilst sitting on the broken down Webbs Creek Ferry for 3 hours, 40 years riding together this year!
