I've always used yellow power bands and disagree with the authors assessment that they've been superseded by red or blue versions. Clive Mutton's bible on the subject "The Powerband and Its Effect on Society" (Mutton Press 1973) offers up a totally different take on the yellow power band and furthermore promotes it as the best option for two stroke off road bikes. Thanks Lozza for helping to dispel some well worn power band myths.
