A guy had a complete 78 250 minus the head and piston on gumtrees Brisbane a couple of weeks ago. He was asking $800 but was open to offers. His ph. number was 0412716989

I've got an AW alloy tank Brad. Let me know if you're interested and I'll PM off a photo and we'll negotiate a price or.....what do you have to swap?  I may have a seat base as well, am I correct in thinking that the AW has a plastic base? They're both in storage so give me a day or so to get to them..

Doh,,,What was I thinking?  I know quite well that '78 is Magnum and '77 is AW....my brain's in neutral, probably from too many of my nieces OP rumballs :D. The tank's yours John. I've got three, all are good and straight except one has a very small dent on top where Geoff Eldridge dropped a steel CZ tank on it back in the 90's. I'll run off some photos and you think of a price (or something to swap) and we'll meet in the middle ;)............

That Magnum  Paul listed is a great buy, just what Brad wants plus plenty of spares.
