KYB air shock teardown

I there anything I should know  ? look out for before I undo a KYB air shock ( the one that looks a bit like a fox air shock)

Hi ,have same shocks contacted Thor numerous times but he isn't interested in KYB , but when I want Fox components he is quick to help . So please if you get any info from around the globe pass it my way please . Merry xmas .
