Hi Guy's,
Well, after a trip to CD5 I have joined your site and started putting my Elsinore back together, been in pieces in my garage for about 6 years now.If all goes to plan it will be ready for CD6,here'a a link to some progress shots,
http://cid-82c6637e7fc91476.skydrive.live.com/self.aspx/My|_Bikes/DSC|_0002.JPG

I started in 72 with a Deckson, then came a Z50,XR75K1,TMI25,all brand new, then the pace seemed to slow with a TY250B and I faded out of bikes but never lost my interest. Many years later, with a couple of road bikes in between (CB750K2 and a GSX1100 ) I turned 40 and like others needed to own a bike from my younger days, something small and easy to work on,an XR75KO seemed to be the bike and a resto was started. While searching for parts other bikes popped up and thats how I came to own this CR250M. I'm still on the look-out for parts for the CR (a nice set of original rear shocks ) and may need help from the forum when the time comes to get it going again.
I hoped to look at loads of Elsinore's at CD5,but numbers were thin, chatted with KB171 about his bike, the sight and sound of this, along with his period mx gear, has kick started my VMX bug. Looking forward to reading about Quicksilver's new 250M,and progress photo's would be nice.

Cheer's,
          Greg.

G'day Greg.
Good to see another pre 75 CR fan join in the forums. Crank up a new thread in Honda so we can watch your restoration.  ;)

Cheers Quicky.

Welcome on board Greg, your right about 250m's being thin on the ground at CD5, i;m pretty sure mine was the only one on the track all weekend, and one for sale in the back of a ute, good idea storing it in the garage, unlike my slack effort  :-[   cheers KB.
