You can go down the left hand side while on ebay of your home country and click on "worldwide" buy you will only get the ones from other countries that have listed international postage, or haven't blocked it, (more or less).
So I book mark my regular ongoing searches in each different country, for say Maico. My settings are set for "newly listed" in each country. I check twice a day and immediately stop looking when I recognise a listing as already seen.
I also use my mobile to narrow and save specific search "new listings" and notifications to my phone(costs Nothing)
