Hey all,

Fritz from the Pacific Northwest, just north of Portland. I have a 74.5 Maico 440,  a 81 490, a 84 500 (M-Star) and just picked up a 83 KX 500 that I'm going through. Not many of these bikes being raced in the states so I found your site looking for some answers. You guys have more information than in any other forums that I've found for the 83 KX.

I'm also the outgoing president of the Pacific Northwest Vintage Motocross Club (www.pnwvmx.org) so if any of you guys from down under ever find yourselves in the PNW check out our schedule and we'll get you hooked up with a bike.

Fritz

Cheers Fritz and welcome. Now days Australians travel more and more for a vmx/dt/mx ride in the USA, they may just call on you  :)   8)

Bit quiet here at the moment. A few riders have headed to the Australian Classic Motocross Championships in sunny Queensland along with other events this weekend.

Good luck on the KX83 finds  :)
Best is in the West !!
