Just want to confirm the date for the 2014 Australian Classic Pre 78 Motocross titles. They will be held on the weekend of the 23-24 of August at Port Augusta SA. The club is well under way with organizing the event with our local council coming on board as the major sponsor. We are upgrading the start gates to forty and have just put in a transportable shower and toilet block, plus there will be plenty of space for camping. The track is ten minutes from Port Augusta which has a number of very good caravan parks and motels offering a variety of accommodation styles and standards. The track itself will be well prepared and vintage friendly with a combination of left and right hand berms, jumps, straights and flat turns. We are aiming to make the weekend an enjoyable one with good racing, good facilities, good food and plenty of socializing. At this event we  will be running a separate women's class and we already have a number of ladies keen to compete. We will keep you all up to date as things move along with hopefully some photos of the track and facilities. So we hope to see you all there, Oh Port Augusta is at the top of Spencer Gulf and is a three and a half hour drive from Adelaide and is at the cross roads of Australia.

See ya there. It looks like we'll be doing the container thing out of Sydney. Our mate is working on the container side of things through his business and it's looking pretty good. I've got a bottle of Jose Cuervo Gold that I've kept that needs some sharing this time mate.......not that the bikes won't be important. Can you send me the container packing details and a photo or two and dimensions of the bike boxes please Barry?

CRATE SIZE:  1800mmL x 1100mmH x 500mmW.  All you need to do is remove front wheel, mudguard and handle bars, room for gear inside the crate and also about 450mm space when stacked two high for other gear.  should fit 28 if my memory doesn't fail me we had 25 in there this year and still had space

Note tool box access & grab holes, these come in handy.  8)

hint # two  :)
closed crates carries way more gear than a skeleton type crate.

safety boots optional  :D
Best is in the West !!

Lean is mean JT, I just went a bit to far. Yamahas are only good for garage queens I thought or is that just the princess's bikes as he seems to have to buy a new one each time he rides lol. You might have to show us how good they are next year.
