Shit....17 bids from 5 different bidders and it's up a couple of grand since the other day......It won't be the bargain it was but it's still a nice well kept bike. Maybe interest in sliders isn't as dead as it seems :).

I bailed out at $1232 Mark. Was going to go again but it shot up quick. Not a bargain any more, but still a nice thing. Hate seeing slider frames without a support where the engine should be. Horizontally gifted guy (PC) sits on it, wham, instant chopper.

I was thunking the same thing Pete, NO SITTING.
It is close to the top end of it's worth but it's a goodun.
I'm pretty sure I've had dealings with the guy, he's into vintage speedway, that's where the motor went.
Given where he lives it could be one of TH's or Mr Bucket.
Ian?
I'm watching with interest because I might be interested in selling mine, it's complete minus Jawa engine but not as good as this one, that's a big might.

Yeah, it is a clean bike Steve, but will end up pretty expensive by the time you get a good 4B or 84S. Probasbly easier to get a set of Jawa engine plates and go that way.

Good money for the seller. These things must be harder to get than I thought.
