trick forks on vintagebikeads.com

These forks are unfamiliar to me but I'm still stuck in an era where Ceriani's are still considered trick ::). They'd be the ultimate in cool on your CR Honda. A bloke has replied that they're actually Technoflex sold in Belgium under the Backx name. Walt might know something. I haven't seen this for sale site before, there's some very trick stuff for sale.  http://vintagebikeads.com/?entry=630

For sale:
Belgian Backx Honda cr250 1989 front fork. Comparable to WP/White Power fork.

 Needs new bearings & oil.

 Make me an offer.

So were these forks considered an improvement over the standard 89 USD's??
