firstly Honda Gurus is a V Force reed set up legal for an EVO 250 Honda?  Secondly can anyone, if it is OK, tell me what model VForce 3 fits the 1980 Honda CR250?

Not sure about the legality, but V305A will fit. But I would recommend Boyesen Pro series reeds, Pro 44's.
