Enduro Practice Day. Husqvarna 390 Vs Modern Stuff
« on: June 27, 2013, 05:50:36 am »
This was last Sunday's adventure ! Modern practice day with the old Husky 390WR. It was also nice to see Stormer Steve out on his 420 Auto.
Other than getting stuck twice and binning it once I had a ball. A little bit like a Scalextrix track, but with the smell of the pine trees it brought back memories of the Welsh Two Day back in the early 80's. At least then I was fitter !
I hope the link works  :)

Great footage grouty. Looks like it was a bit damp in places.

Nothing like listening to a Husky gear box whining along! Nice.

your at a clear advantage in the ruts with the older bikes, the ruts trap the steeper steering rakes on the newer bikes a lot harder than the old ones and the earlier husky's have desert steering!!

the husky's are great in deep snow ruts.
