Wanted KX500
« on: May 28, 2013, 07:42:42 pm »
Looks like I may have a buyer for my 2011 RMZ450 so I can buy another vintage toy, I'm thinking about a KX500, what's around?  I'm thinking I want either an '84 or '89?

The 89 would be a good choice, the 84's weren't that good in 84 and nothing's changed.

If I was cashed up for a kx500 Id go for an 88 or US 89 model because of the forks.

Agreed.. The last of the conventional forks are better than the first upside down.
