Cheap entry level pre 65 Triumph Sprite
« on: May 07, 2013, 10:27:23 am »
This'd make either a cool pre 65 class dirt tracker or could be easily converted to motocross. Sprite/American Eagle frame and Triumph twin engine. don't make this a lightweight by any stretch but it's a good basis for a slick poor boy pre 65er.

This Bike has History of Racing in Northern California.  It's a 1965-66 500cc Triumph (no numbers on case).  American Eagle Talon Frame, Ceriani Type Forks and custom tank.  Akront Front Rim.  Bike was purchased from the Knudsen Family.  Paul Knudsen won the 1x Plate for the Polka Dots MC during the first two years it was competed for (1967 and 1968).  This would be a great bike to restore for vintage TT and Flat Track Racing. Can deliver to Dixon AMCA Meet June 14 & 15.

$2,500
