VIPER - Round 1 (Corner Inlet, YANAKIE)
« on: April 15, 2008, 10:01:49 am »
It's now 4 weeks away from the 1st round of the VIPER series for 2008.
As we are having some slight issues with e-mails at the moment i thought best that we get the word out in as many mediums as possible. For those that are attending, the entry form has been posted onto the VIPER website at www.vipermx.com Map & location details have also been posted.
It also worth noting that VIPER has moved from the Pre78, 80, 85, 90 & Open format to Pre78, Evolution, Pre85, Pre 90 & Open format. There has also been one chenge to the race schedule from last year in that the Pre90 riders get 4 laps per race instead of 3.

414,
As an incentive, i'll bring the degreaser, powerwasher and a MIG.
Cant help with the right arm but i guessing that if you stop doing what your doing it might get better on it's own accord :D

that change from pre-80 to evo is a good move i'd say bahnsy - keeps the yz h's and rm t's in with the other non- linkage bikes where they got more in common than pre-85.

Any more info on this?  It's this weekend...

I had a bit of a think and I reckon the last time I rode there was a Gippy Centre 11 years ago.  All I can remember is clay/sand mix surface, shit loads of rocks, start straight/sweeper that goes for miles, more rocks, and a big finish line table top that was always a bit sketchy.  And did I mention the rocks?   ;D

From memory, the ground was never that hard, although we weren't in a drought back then.  It was soft/loose, with loads of rocks in it.
