The gap between the head and barrel looks as if it might make it a 360-400. The (rusted) pipe appears to be identical to my genuine period Wheelsmith pipe. It's rooted but for $750 it's a pretty good pre 70 class project core. My guess is that the handlebars might be toast though

Early Maico Parts Bike - $750
I am planning on parting this out however thought I would offer it complete to Swapmeet Members. Cases, head, hubs, carb, and triple clamps look good. Tank has both petcocks, however needs one glassed in (it has pushed through the fiberglass). Shocks are shot, pipe is rusted out at the bottom.
