81 cr250 b forks

hi all
got a cheap ioose cr250  81 model[that what its marked as] front end off the wreckers and wondering if 43mm forks drum brake/bottom compression dampening screws /air caps were about back then? what travel are they and fork oil capacity/level are they? does any one know?

Hey Matt if they are 81 forks will be 41mm not 43? 43 came out next model RC (I think but will stand corrected could have been RD which do have 43mm forks), 81 are RB and same as the CR450 forks, yes they are drum brake and will fit most early Honda (as long as you have the triple clamps as well), will check book for oil capacity. I have a set of these on one of my 79 RZ and the drum brake fitted without modification.
