I cant get away Sat for speedway  :( but hoping to get to CSC meeting Sunday  ;D

Can drag a couple of extra bikes along if any Aussies fancy a ride  :) no licence needed just $30.00 entry bring boots , helmet and gloves ( i have small feet so hard to share boots  ;D )

We have just had the first decent rain for months so should be good  :)

Just back from NZ - Darcy Ward was on fire. He probably should have won the final but he fluffed the start in the semi and didn't make the final. This is heat 20 - best race of the meet IMO

He was flying and and gate 3 wasn't a good spot to start from, but he's got a big set of gonads. He got a standing ovation from the crowd after that heat.
Earlier, my young bloke and two nephews stood in line to get an Aussie flag signed but the signing only went for 15 mins and they missed out. We were at the pit wall a bit later and my nephew Mitch called out to Darcy. He came over and Mitch asked him if he would sign the flag. We didn't even have a pen, but he got one and signed the flag and my brother's cap. Unassuming and a good guy - had us all barracking for him the rest of the day.
BTW, Tai Wiffenden is another one to watch - he was quick as well.
