Beware of the B, C & C2 models in combination with the RM/PE variants of such.
Whilst the airbox's can interchange, the filter cage and supporting mechanism's are different heights and you cant interchange these pieces.

I'm currently rebuilding a RM125S (1975) that has a rusted out steel airbox. Does anyone have a filter cage to suit they don't need, or alternatively, any suggestion on another cage from a later model Suzuki that could be adaptable with some fitting?

My line of thinking at the moment is to use a PE175T cage and adapt it in the airbox with a few necessary modifications.

Bill
The boxes with vents, are they from the M model or did only the early S's come out with them?
I had this discussion with someone else the other day and we couldn't work out which model the vented boxes were fitted. We thought the vented boxes were from the M's then we thought the S's had them, but my S and his S does not have the vents so that counts that out.
Then I thought the vented boxes may have been fitted to the RM100A because they run a lot of the M parts??
Please clarify if you can.
Pete
