Is there anyone out there that has experience in dealing with shires/councils in Victoria?  I want to buy land and build a motocross track, it would be good if someone can give me some short-cuts and what Shires are best to deal with.

Thanks, regards, John

Shire of Campaspe Vic....11 years and still nowhere.... >:(  John, Council permission is but one of the tall hurdles you have to jump. Stay positive and have make an in depth business/operational plan well before attacking whichever self serving council and their toady ignorant bureaucrats.

Try telling them it's a small part of a 'Gay pride, Koori ,Asylum seeker ,Heritage listed, Tree hugging Healing Centre" you wish to fund and that you will name after whoever the current CEO of the greedy mob is..  ;)
