Help with info for dealing with councils on motorcycle tracks.

Is there anyone out there that has experience in dealing with shires/councils in Victoria?  I want to buy land and build a motocross track, it would be good if someone can give me some short-cuts and what Shires are best to deal with.

Shire of Campaspe Vic....11 years and still nowhere....   John, Council permission is but one of the tall hurdles you have to jump. Stay positive and have make an in depth business/operational plan well before attacking whichever self serving council and their toady ignorant bureaucrats.

Try telling them it's a small part of a 'Gay pride, Koori ,Asylum seeker ,Heritage listed, Tree hugging Healing Centre" you wish to fund and that you will name after whoever the current CEO of the greedy mob is..
