Collarbones are a gimme if you are riding hard enough and don't take that long to recover, knee's are a different story, how bad?

The knee was squashed beetween the bike and the track and I have been told that it is just ligament damage.
I can walk a bit better today but it gives way if I attempt to fully extend it, they told me no op is neccessary but I will get a scan on it fri to make sure.
Got a better kankle than Julia gillard, well almost  ;D
Shoulder isn t too bad just a pain in the arse at this stage, driving is no prob, changed my first tyre today was a bit of a struggle but pain free.
Broke my no beer record by 2 days, 5 in total. :-\
Had to have one last night so it wont take so long to break it next time ;)
See you all at nepean in 3 weeks.
Thanks for the well wishes.

If at first you don't succeed, lower your standards.
