AE500 Clutch Springs

Hi

Does anyone know the colour codes and part numbers for 2nd and 3rd gear clutch springs to suit the AE500?

Wayne,
16-12-553-01 (170N) for both sets.

80 420 uses the same spring in 3rd it's the same part# 16-12-553-01, it's neither Red or Green

86 Auto uses the same sping tension but different part#
16-17-026-01 (170N)

The Auto Manual discription of springs as follows
Red  12kp
Green 8kp
Bare metal or no colour 17kp  (i assume 17kp=170N) the heavier the spring the faster it needs to turn to drive.
This applies up to 80 as the manual discription for 84 does not mention colour code

Check the spares at Husky Central, i have some of 16-12-553-01 spare

I am also chasing springs for 2/3rd gear clutch shoes - have you had any luck??

On ebay usa he go's as tritrophy.
