Never, ever go on eBay when you're pissed or you might end up owning something like this little jewel. Ladies and gentlemen, allow me to introduce you to my new pit bike. ;D

Well I picked up the beast yesterday arvo and before loading it into the Jeep the seller insisted I "take her for a spin". After giving me instructions on how to start the thing, I took off pedalling like buggery and then dropping the clutch to a "Brap, Brap, Braaaaaaap and I was off. Luckily for me the seller lived in a cul de sac with a park run-off as I soon discovered that it had no rear brake and only the simple rubber block front. The bloody thing gets up and motors...surprising actually but almost zero stopping talent ::). It seriously put the wind up me :o

After unloading it from the car this morning I couldn't resist taling it for a blurt up my street before parking it in the shed. I have to admit that as dangerous as this bloody thing is, it's a shitload of fun and goes much quicker than you'd imagine. Those pissy brakes are a worry though, I can see how people get hurt on them. I'm intending to fit an old  pair of Manitou mountain bike forks and Magura hydraulic disc brakes I (and a mate) have laying around the shed which should make it a tad safer. It'll make a good little transporter for buzzing from the dirt track to the swapmeet/MX area at next years HBBB!
