I have an old mate in the USA that has a complete set of Playboy from issue one. He's even got every issue of Australian Playboy thanks to a fellow Klub Kevlar alumni donating his stash to the cause. Roger's in his late fifties and has been building the collection since he was in his late twenties when he got a bunch of the very early issues at a garage sale for $10. He's also got every issue of Hot Rod Magazine and Road & Track. Obsessive? You bet, but what would a complete Playboy set be worth at auction? Shitloads I'd guess.

I found an old box of mine the other day that contained (among other things) the Madonna Playboy...  She was a hairy bint...   :-[

Only a couple of mid 80's Playboys and Penthouse Black Labels...   :D

Pure gold.
I remember when I was at High school in the mid 1980's and Penthouse and Playboy magazines were valuable currency.
Unlike poor old dot com's old High school, where animal porn mags were the desireable commodity of the time.

If only I had the foresight to hold onto my stash.I could sell up and retire to the Bahama's.
