Here's my 1989 Kawasaki KX125, I put the back wheel etc in to make it a roller, I will be listing it on eBay on Sunday after I take some more photos
( more here http://www.bikepics.com/members/cycleman/89kx125/Default.asp )

I'm asking $1250 for it, thats about what the new and used parts cost me as well as the powdercoating etc if anyone in WA wants it then make me a VERY near offer before sunday (send me a PM for my phone number)

Have you considered living in a shed.  If you have a family it's out of the question but if your  on your own it's viable.  You can rent or buy small industrial sheds for less than a house or unit.  Plenty of divorced blokes do it.  I did it in an acreage area many years ago and discovered a whole network of divorced or single middle age blokes doing the same.  Most had enough for a deposit on some cheap land and a Titan shed and away they went.  At least in the long run it's yours.
