Hi Guys, learning experience! How do i tell if is original, what do you guys think? I'm guessing its got a WR front brake? And has bodgy rear shocks at least.

ALSO, looking to find out what manual gearbox engines will fit my 1980 auto? Auto gearbox is clagged in a big way!
Cheers,
Kt

The engine and frame numbers will tell you the story.

Do you want to sell your clagged auto gear box.

If its a 1980 barrell it will only fit 1980 manual trani's as the engine stud/ posts are different centres and will not fit the earlier models.
Autos are the way forward , see you round like a robot
Take the short cut, go Cross Country
The shortest distance between two points is Cross Country
CCM's and HL's bark like mad dogs

Thanks for the reply, looking for a possible complete engine if anything available, was thinking either 250 or 390, 390 better of course, i think the auto might be too far gone, my mate took a welder to the auto clutch years ago, springs kept breaking and he was stuck up the bush with it,so as you do, you find a stick welder and go to town, i could have murdered him....i still might!
