I'm just so glad to hear it's not just me :D
I can see your top 2 pictures Pokey, they started out as a little box with an x inside until they finished downloading to my computer, the 3rd remains as an address.
If the little box appears I know somethings their but with some of the other posts their is nothing.

The only time I login is when I'm gonna post something, it's when I'm logged in that all pics are visible. When I'm logged out all pics that are hosted externally ie; photobucket are visible but not the ones I assume have been uploaded direct.
Hope this makes sense, cheers - Eno

stuffed i know for sure why its changing the address but it is and only sometimes . hmmm
HTML code must be switched off in   eiether the forum or in both of our  profiles  or the bottom pic would have displayed aswell.

for eno to be able to view pics only whilst  logged in  means thats a preset forum   thingy.

am pretty sure its a glitch with the code  and when it sees a particulr set of charachters  it  posts as to its command  but exactly which command  i really dunno as i havnt looked at the source code  and  code   gives me a headache.
Hows about we just draw a picture for geoff  ;D

Thanks Eno
Just had a chance to check out your theory & it seems to be correct.

My next whinge is about the size of pictures.
This new format seems to put a post with a picture in a window within the post. If theirs a lot of text to go with the picture then some of it gets obscured to one side, this used to be okay on the old site but with this new site I find I have to scroll to below the picture to find the scroll bar so as to scroll to the right so I can finish reading the sentence, then scroll back to the bottom of the picture to scroll to the left so I can read the start of the next line, & so on & so on.
It makes reading text with pictures a real pain, so is their some easy way around this that I don't know?

Maybe I should just get a wider screen

is a few things that may assist  you Geoff.
 adjust your screen settings

Right click a vacant bit on your desktop and choose properties. then the settings tab  and slide the screen resolution slider up a bit, then apply

Orrr. at the top of your browser click the  View tab then the Text size and choose a smaller size .

failing those yerp. get a larger screen monitor

Give me an example of that Geoff. I can't say I've noticed that, to me it works much better than the old one, but then maybe I haven't seen one like that. Not sure I can fix it tho. Still can't work out why some pics aren't shown, whether I am logged on or not...
