Damn it, that's really upset my sleep. Been looking for a DT2mx plus RT2mx top end for my DT1 & RT2. Good on ya though.

Had a dt2mx brand new [probably said all this before sorry]. Great bike [loved it] funny bit though [jokes on me] got an MX250A next & then the first Elsinore. Debute'd the Elsinore & my mate rode my mx & beat me all day!!, was a quiet ride home. Actually that reminds me [was trying to forget--thanks], Rode Christmas Hills in late "67 i think on my Triumph Metisse & came back [nz] here for the next meeting & my mate rode my B33 [500 BSA 1954!!] & proceeded to thrash me too. Bugger. Might be a year out but Gunnar Lindstrom was there & pissed down with rain. Sorry--wrong place to woffle on.

I have a RT2MX cylinder and maybe a head.I also have a couple of YZA 250 cylinders that need rechroming and a DT2MX head shaved to look like a YZA head if you're interested I'll drag them out.I also have  complete DT2MX & RT2MX engines.I also have YZA,YZB 250 engines and a YZ360B engine and cylinders.No extra YZ360B heads though.I also have pistons & rings for 250's & 360's.

Let me know.

Hi 'farmpro', looks like you have the field well & truly covered. [If only i had a shed like that]. I have a DT2MX top end in the pipeline so i'll follow that lead at the moment but thanks very much for letting know what you have. Interested to know what the RT2MX top end would be worth though? & what oversize it's on. Have used a 2x5 [yz400f 1979 year only 82mm] piston kit in my old RT2/3 to get past 4th over 81mm yamaha. Thanks again.
