Practise day @ Broadford this Sunday 24th June

Mitchell Recreation Club is having its June ride day at Broadford this Sunday.  The weather forecast is for a shower or two ..... means no mud and no dust.

Club membership is half price ($25) until the end of the year.

Sign-on is 8.30am to 10.00am

20 min alternating sessions all day .... Juniors (under 16) & Seniors (over 16).

Hey Guy's,

I'll be going out to Broadford track today to check the condition of
the main mx track and also the Natural Terrain track, if the main mx
track is too badly affected from the rain, or if the rain wrecks it
between now and our ride day I'll consider moving our day over to the
Natural Terran track if it looks ok.

So if you see the gate closed for the main mx track, with a sign hung on
it, head on over towards the roadrace track. If it looks like we're
changing tracks I'll update this thread.

The Senior mx Champs are on at Horsham this weekend, so there shouldn't be many 'guns' out there  ;-)

Ok, I went and checked out the track yesterday (Fri), no water laying on the main mx track, the Natural Terrain track was under water in about five places!

Now Sat lunch time, the sky is blue and the sun is warm, I expect the main mx track to be perfect tomorrow; who's comin for a ride?

Half price membership tomorrow, only $25.

Ride fee is $30

If you don't have a race or rec licence, a one-day licence is $20.
