I've bought a few items for this seller Matt and they were spot on. My kickstart was nice nos and  RM C rear guard I also bought was unmarked. Both arrived within 7 days. When I checked his feedback it seemed reasonably good.

Try the nice approach first,as suggested-if not happy with result,unload on him bigtime in the feedback and on the forum(E-Bay Forum). Unfortunately e-bay is a toothless tiger for the most part-but the "pen is mightier than the Sword".
