« on: April 25, 2012, 08:22:06 am »
Glorious sunny day in Auckland and a Huge crowd at dawn ceremony, reports on the radio say all gatherings larger as our young ones take on board the sacrifice of our old family members.

To the NZ journo who bagged Auzie diggers,You are a F----- Knob and an embarresment.

Beautiful day down here as well, wonder if we'll get treated to the spitfire flying around this year

Yeah I mean finally my family has as many Aussie members as Kiwi ones and I am proud of our combined ANZAC heritage. ;)

My Great Grandfather fought in South Africa with the Hauraki Mounted Lancers .... the old man said he came back with a much greater love of the Africaaners than the Poms  ;D ;D ;D

Just had three vintage planes fly south over the farm in formation...can't ever imagine how loud it would of been, in say the harbour at Darwin.
Best is in the West !!

"bunch of lazy bludgers"..... I think he was confused with Waitangi Day. :o

But yeah much love to the diggers, without them we would all be speaking Japanese and eating rice by now.... hey wait a minute ??? ;D
