YEEESSS
I have encountered the same problem.  My good friend THE PROFESSOR was able to assist me with this matter.  It seems that thorium is pretty hard to come by these days and is hellishly expensive but lithium carbonate is a good substitute.  You will just need to recalibrate your flux capacitor as the characteristics of thorium vs lithium carbonate are the same but different.  But they can be substituted.
Happy to provide the new specs for the calibration of the flux capacitor if needed.

I converted mine over to accept a Beryllium sphere.

that's old school Geoff, you need to get onto a "Sinusoidal closed loop vector pulse width triggered modulator/invertor with phase locked loop".

but then again you like Kwaka's  ;)

i'll think i'll go with the space vector pwm as it produces about 15% more output voltage than the sinusoidal pwm thanks and i need that to control maximum thrust to fan for the coanda's vtol affect.. but i was after thorium any way!!!! heard recently the moon isn't actually made outta cheese "dam wallace n gromit"" lie'n so n so's,, its more thorium,,,,,maybe i'll just go back to distilled potato skins

i like the way you think.

didn't we meet in a padded room back in 1936 after our Tardis's collided in the same space continuum wormhole? my Tardis was painted in Honda Fighting Red.

hey hoony there was your problem my friend!!!!!!!!!!! it wasn't yellow and or had the letters tm stamped on it somewhere  ;D....and you postulate my friend as to the space continuum???? for as minkoski quoted "space without time or vise versa will fade into mere shodows,, but together will preserve an independant reality"" well i gotta go ionize some gasses n cut me an air box for the new creation..

I may not agree with what you have to say, but I'll defend to the death your right to say it.
