YZ400
« on: March 14, 2012, 01:18:18 pm »
Selling my YZ400 as Im more into bikes from the 80s.Its done around half a dozen rides since it had new top end on first oversize, new head stem bearings, wheel bearing and swing arm bearings, new levers, cables and high bend pro taper handle bars, new chain and sprokets, decals, tyres and tubes and new fork seals but it now has a slight leak in one leg.Wheels dead straght with nice spokes.I also have new fork gators but not fitted yet.Prob other stuff Ive forgotten. All the alloy was polished too.Its a very nice bike to ride.Ive just sorted the jetting and it now starts first kick and pulls good.I concider it to be a ready to race bike.Looking for $2500ono or trade on a 250-500cc bike from mid to late 80s.Heres some pics.Cheers,James.

Seems like a good price, hopefully whoever buys it looks into the history of the seat graphics, might be worth restoring?
