Accomodation in Canberra
« on: February 04, 2012, 12:00:35 pm »
Hi all, particularly those based in the ACT.

After 43 years of dodging the marital bullet im getting married next Sunday and we want to bum around the Canberra for a few days (cant afford a proper honeymoon) so question is can anyone recomend some accomodation in Canberra (that doesn't suck).

Cheers

I'm in Canberra.  How much "not sucking" do you want?

Seriously, there is everything from no star flea bitten caravan parks to 5 star international standard hotels.

Got a budget in mind? What do you want to be close to?

Happy to look up a few for ya.

i stayed at the Novotel a few years back with my kids,
it was close to all the "town" action and pretty affordable, all with a buffet breaky too!
 ;)
i'd stay there again.
google is your friend :)

Thanks very much, helped me narrow the possibilities from 529 million to a couple . . . . . . . . . . . . by the way best of to all at the Kings And Queens Event.
