Looking for a rear hub to suit a 97 ktm300. I think the hub was the same for all capacities though

What's wrong with the one you got ??
Looking for YZ250C parts NOS if possible

The only triple jumps he would have been doing are the hop, skip & jump.

looks like Hannibal Lecter has been let loose in there with a dremel.

I knew it wasn't going to be good when the bearing and seal fell out with the spacer ;D

I did, but it's pretty flogged out in there, probably too much for a speedi-sleeve. If I can't find a hub I might have to get it bored out and have a sleeve made up.

Apparently, that's quite common problem with that era KTM's.
So you might struggle to find a good S/H one.  :-\

i was going to suggest you get the bearing "built up" with a copper coating.
but if it's too flogged for a speedi sleeve, then ???

CLASSIC!!

Is it way too small? A bit of work with the heat gun or hot water could soften it enough to fit if it's close. Maybe some rubber friendly grease as well.

And usually happens because the chain is too tight.
