Hello,
I'm Camel, some of you may know me as Camel from my m/cycle mechanic days. Since then I've got a couple of degrees, got into mining and oil and gas, scaled the corporate ladder and then bailed to become a HSE consultant. Oh, and I've also moved to Perth, got married and now have five daughters.
But I can't get bikes out of my blood and love restoring and riding. I know it's not glamorous, but this (below) is my favourite bike. It enables me to ride from my property through surrounding bushland with two of my daughters at a time, at a walking pace of course! They also love it and fight each other to get on it. I'm close to completing restoration of a CX650 and building of an Edge Barracuda buggy. I'm now sniffing around for something suitable for VMX or an early 80's MXer for VMX competition.
