Maico article, circa 1972
« on: January 04, 2012, 11:28:05 am »
The following article is from an issue of 'Australian Off-Road Motorcycle Rider' Magazine that appears to be a one or two off release back in 1972. Ray Ryan wrote a couple of pieces and possibly had something to do with the Maico piece below. I've got one issue of the mag, does anyone have any more copies?
Many thanks to Gus Priem for the scans.

What a great read Firko :o

That is one Mag and article I DIDN'T have.

When I bought BURT, my investigations led me to believe, it was one of two 125 roadies imported by Blair.

Closest friend of Blair and his son (*****) told me a couple of years ago that he still has the other (the only Maico he kept).

Anyhow,,,,, a great read thanks for posting.
