Hello from Ireland
« on: November 09, 2011, 05:16:55 pm »
Well here's a mixed up one for you, South African Expat, living in Ireland on an Ozzie forum!! Anyway thanks for accepting my application to join up, this seems to ba a lively place and I will try as best I can o contribute meaningful input!!

I have as my preferred weapon of choice a 1983 YZ490K, and restoring a 1982 YZ490, new to the fold is a 1987 YZ490, 1988 CR250, 1987 KDX 200 and a 1979 Maico 250 - all projects at the moment so I can keep busy during the terrible dark winter days that are fast approaching.

We have a fairly active classic bike scene here, unfortunately the season is over as the winter months are just too wet to ride, tend to cram everything in from about April to October, one thing good about riding in the northern hemisphere is you get good at the mud!!

Take care everyone and ride safe!!

Tom
