I have 2 spares kits taking up space in the garage that I want to get rid of, but I need to identify the years first.
They are for a YZ250F and a YZ450F from around 2003 or 2005.. These are the cardboard envelopes that I think came with the bikes when new. They contain multiple gaskets, piston rings etc..
Does anyone out there know of any way of idendifying what year they're from? Or does it not matter for 03-05 YZF Yamahas?
They were given to me by a sponsored rider after the end of a season, but stupid me never wrote the year on them and there are no part numbers on the packages inside the cardboard...
If I can sort out the year, I'll be throwing them on the for sale section - no point me keeping them - I hate 4 strokes!
