Rickman Zundapp on vft.org
« on: October 01, 2011, 10:35:42 am »
This little Rickman is the final '74 model featuring the more desirable 1'' tubing frame instead of the predecessors 7/8th tube. The bike also appears to have the much needed transmission upgrades that remove the box full of neutrals that plague Zundapp (and Sachs and 125 Maico) engines. These little bikes are the best kept secret in racing, whether it be racing it as is in the 125 class where John Boag has used one to great success, or as the basis for a special, fitting all sorts of engine into the good sized cradle.
It looks to be in good condition and is well priced at $1400.

This is a very clean and low hours Rickman 125. The 1974 models had improved transmissions; this bike is all stock except the
handle bars where changed to a flat track style bar. This bike runs real good, transmission shifts good, good tires and overall
good shape.  This is a great bike to go racing with in AHRMA.

Asking $1400 or trade for ??
