Wanted: Ignition coil to suit 1975 RM125

Need an ignition coil for a 1975 RM125 before 1 October. TM125/250 coil is the same. Anyone?

I have a couple of old TM 250 coils that all look the same too me as any other coil for a 2 stroke.  what if anythign is differant about them ?

IM going to sell off a few of my TM250 and should have a stack of parts freed up as im getting out of that brand ( been trying for 2 years but they never fail and start first time so i always end up riding one.........grrrrrr. )

All coils look much the same to me too... I'm just going by part numbers. I haven't actually checked mine, I must admit, but figured it can't hurt to have a spare. Having a few electrical dramas right now so thought I might try subbing bits in and out. Got a stator and CDI, just need a cheap coil.

i think there is a differance between the 2 banger and the 4 banger coils thought, dont think they interchange

So Doc, what you are saying is any coil with the word Suzuki on it is fine?  :))

I didnt realise all the TS were native american themed....  prity cool that. 

i like the idea of an 'Apache" why wasnt that on the side covers......  :-\

Seems like mr Suki had a lot of coils to use up over a long time.....

yeah Graeme, it's pick a coil any coil will do :D

Freaky TS400 Apache is a cool name. Advertised way back in '72 as the fastest dirt bike you can ride on the street. Sadly the Apache name never actually appeared anywhere on the bike.
