Fred Richards came up to me and had a chat at CB
I'm glad Fred's still around. I recall hearing that his mate Clarkie passed away a few years ago which must have been hard on Fred as the pair seemed inseperable. Clarkie and Fred really knew the ins and outs on pre '75 Yamahas and it was Clarkie who solved a problem I'd been having with my Yamaha clutches by telling me to simply add an extra steel plate, something I still do to most of my Yammies to this day
.
I'm even sorrier I missed Crystal Brook now :'(.
