help get a scammer

Put goldstar parts wanted add in Unzud bsa site,guy contacts yep have parts im in London.
My mate buys few small parts ($400) to make sure the guys ok and says will buy bulk load later.Mate sends money.
Never here back-google earth address,get photo of house,send biker mates in London around for a chat = empty house. Scammer turns up by email need more $ for post. Yeah right!!!!!!
Question is there away to find address of email sender if your a computer whizz??
Any other ideas> Just principal to get the bugger.

im not much on a computer but if you pickup the flights and accomodation i'll see what we can to to recover your loss , no seriously dont stuff around thats fraud have you reported it to the police , send in scotland yard or send an email to the local police where it happened or get onto your local detectives if they have done it once they would be old hands at that, this cyber crap is getting outa hand , be a complainer they seem to get the best coffee

It won't be his computor Bazz , bound to be a internet cafe.
Back when I was interested in this type of stuff I traced a guy who was scanning me back to a cafe in Bristol.
He pulled the plug when he realized what I was doing.
