Personal taste rarely = $
Just because one person thinks it looks cool doesn't mean anyone else dose.
I would question the honesty of anyone who from the outset has been to built a cheater bike  :'( I also wonder why he hasn't fitted the Thor swingarm and Fox shocks he says come with it.
Current bikes. KTM MC 250 77 Husky CR 360 77, Husky 82 420 Auto Bitsa XR 200 project. Dont need a pickle just need to ride my motorcickle

Hmmm... build a cheater bike, make it unmistakable, and advertise it as a cheater bike? Don't reckon the buyer will get away with riding Pre 78 125 somehow.

Correct.  Even if he returns it to the 125 capacity ... people wil always be suspicious and the bike will always come under scrutiny.  I'd hate to win a 125 championship on it.  You'd be guaranteed a strip down.

Is it way too small? A bit of work with the heat gun or hot water could soften it enough to fit if it's close. Maybe some rubber friendly grease as well.

Gee you blokes are harsh.  Perhaps he built it for nothing more than the sheer pleasure with no intention of ever racing it. Perhaps he doesn't race and is unfamiliar with regulations.
