As we all know the government stuffed up big time when it rezoned all rural land in Victoria. In a nutshell the "Interpretation" or "Legal Definition" of what constitutes a "Race Track" has plagued Pony Xpresses, Enduros, Classic VMX, Vinduros etc. in their plights to run events on farming land. We have long argued that running these events does not contravene the Primary use of the land as they are temporary events. I emailed The Minister of Planning & The Minister of Sport & Recreation expressing our concerns 5 months ago & heard nothing in reply.
Until now.
We need as many people as possible to download a submission coversheet, fill it out, attach their submission outlying what this has done to recreational riding & events and email it to them by the 31st of August. (I know, 5 months to reply. Stuff all to respond)
