Rider entries capped for CD8?
« on: February 28, 2011, 10:07:09 pm »
As Classic Dirt is growing in entries each year, does anyone know if rider numbers will be capped for CD8 this year and if so, are pre entry forms available?
I thought I was wrong once, but I was mistaken.

Yes, registration for riding is capped at 600 riders to make sure we don't get overrun with riders on the tracks.  :o

There is no cap on entry to the event as a whole, spectators or people who want to bring their bikes along to show off.  The more the merrier.  ;D

A warning - if you haven't registered yet, don't delay any longer.  The event is not far away now and is now over 75% full in terms of rider registrations.

DO NOT JUST TURN UP AND EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO REGISTER FOR RIDING AT THE EVENT.

IT WILL NOT HAPPEN AND YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED.

All this talk about CD8 being Capped and the Cap being mandatory. I just want to know where I can purchase a Maico Cap or is the Capping to be Husqvarna only for the day. :)

All brands of caps are acceptable, except for caps that are used in cap guns.  ;)

Just a thought, are we required to wear Husqvarna Cups as well as Caps?
